Should we bring the US Army and CIA to the Hague?
For all the illegal medical testing they have done on people and continue to do today (same goes for the UK and other nations). Some examples: Tuskegee Syphilis 1940s-1970s spraying lethal bacteria over San Francisco from 1950-1963 (from time to time) dropping lightbulbs with lethal bacteria into the subway station in Brooklyn Heights in 1967 exposing thousands of US soldiers to radiation in the Nevada Desert using patients in Strom (or Strong?) Hospital of Rochester, NY in the 1940s and 1950s and injecting them with plutonium spraying lethal bacteria into countless schools in the 1950s such as Clinton School in Minneapolis, causing children and young adults to get cancer testing AIDS drugs on foster children now and why not? should we bring the doctors to justice who are testing AIDS drugs on foster children then?

Do I have reason to worry about my mother?
My mom has been at risk of breast cancer for years. She has always had cysts in her breast. She also does not really go to the doctor often at all. Well the other day she had to get "Tests" done at the hospital. I have no idea what kind she would not give me any details. All I know is my father stayed home from work, drove her to the hospital and drove her back. When she came home she went straight to her room and was ordered on bed rest for the rest of the day. She also was wearing this huge wrap around her entire torso like a giant ace bandage and had a bunch of gauzes on her counter. Did she really have tests or some kind of surgery? And if so was it possible it could have been breast cancer tests. Anyone who has gone through this please help me. My mother wont give me details she just leaves it to tests. But why would they have to cut you open for tests?

ABout informed consents, bone cancer.?
Allen, 66 y/o has metastatic bone cancer. Tests and chemotherapy were recommended to LIMIT the cancer spread, hopefully improve the quality of life and possibly cure the disease. His wife, Alice is surprised at her husband?s behavior. Previously inquisitive and discerning, Allen would always ask the what, why, how of options. This time however, Allen merely listens to what the doctors say and accepts their recommendations. He signs consent forms without reading them. When asked why he behaved that way, Allen said, ?They know best.. What do I know about it?? Does the behavior of Allen amount to free and informed consent? Is there a need for a surrogate? Can the doctor talk to Alice and determine who among them will be surrogate? Can the problem be solved if Allen previously made a written consent or advance directive? PLEASE PLEASE HELP answer these questions and support the answers. Thanks!!
