Can dermatologists,spot oral cancer&other mouth diseases?
Can dermatolgist diagnose you for oral cancer, gum disease & oral herpes and other diseases inside the mouth ? If not what doctor can. I know a regular doctor can, but most aren't very knowledgeable in those fields. i

Questions about Hysterectomy?
Before you waste your time telling me I'm far to young (18) and that I'll regret not having children (trust me, I won't), just leave now. Really. I don't want to get lectured here. As I said, I'm eighteen years old (nineteen in a couple months) and have had very painful periods since I was ten. Nine years of these has been more than enough, but I will wait until twenty-two or so since I know most doctors won't even consider it until that age. My current doctor refuses even to answer me when I question him about the procedure, so I'm turning to the internet. What I want to know is: Will any doctors do this in Florida without that age wait, or one even longer, when there is no cancer or such? I am in pain (I can't even think about moving during the first 48-72 hours), but the doctors tell me there's nothing "wrong" with me. My periods have always been irregular, and, as I said, painful - would simply getting my tubes tired remedy this? I have no (NO) desire for children, for countless reasons ... will any doctor consider doing this procedure with that in consideration? And is anything stopping me from simply removing some of my eggs and freezing them, if the children are an issue? I don't want them and never will, but would doing this so as to have the possibility of a surrogate mother situation ease a doctor's mind - and thus the way toward getting my tubes tied or a hysterectomy? And (last thing) please, please, please don't waste both of our time by telling me how stupid getting the surgery would be and all awful all the side-effects and such will be. I have my reasons for wanting one (the pain, the cost of tampons and such over a life-time, the risk of children - I'm not sexually active, but I don't want to stay abstinent for forever, and I know that's the only sure birth control (and even then, there's the chance of getting pregnant from rape), and a family history of female related health problems).
