question about dermatology?
if i become a dermatologist does that mean i can do anything from acne , skin cancers , spider veins , and lazer removal stuff..(also called common dermatology(acne), febology(spider veins), cosmetic dermatology(plastic surgeries), dermatome surgery( skin cancers). --or do i have to specialize in a certain category based on what i want to do. like what things could a regular dermatologist do?

worried about mole on neck please help?
hi i am a 14 year old girl and i have this thing on my neck. It is flat and less then 6mm. The reason why am worried is because it has a slightly darker rim. It isn't exactly mole though it is not the same colour as a normal mole it is more of a mark i think the inside is my skin colour so i think it might just be a dark ring i am not really sure but i have had it for ages and it hasn't changed i don't think but i am still worried about skin cancer and please can you not tell me to go to the doctors because i a going on holiday for a week but don't want to worry about it. My mum grandma and grandad think it is fine and i wouldn't be allowed to go to the doctors anyway as my mum thinks it's nothing. Please this has made me cry so please don't really just want advice thanks
